About
Jason is an electricity network safety, risk and maintenance professional. He is currently the Electricity Network Safety Management System Manager for a distribution network service provider, and has been leading an industry working group investigating the safety consequences of loss of electricity supply. He has an academic and professional interest in electricity network resilience, the protective factor that electricity provides during excess heat events and impact of loss of supply to critical community infrastructure on the safety and wellbeing of the community. Additionally, he has an interest in the community's understanding of and tolerance of loss of supply, particularly under future climate change and energy transition scenarios.
