About
Tina-Louise Przeczek GAICD is the Director of Planning and Performance at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), the statewide fire and rescue service safeguarding communities across Melbourne and Victoria’s major regional centres. Tina-Louise leads FRV’s strategic planning and performance functions, including research, business intelligence and spatial analysis (GIS), performance measurement, enterprise reporting, and the organisation-wide Project Management Office.
Drawing on extensive experience in local government, including leadership of major public sector reform initiatives such as NDIS and aged care transformation, her work focuses on translating evidence, data, and research into measurable outcomes and continuous improvement within complex service systems.
